The scilia™ range of functional fibres complements the company’s clean label starches and flours by delivering new texture and flavour opportunities. The fibres are available as both coarse and fine grades and are suitable for a wide range of bakery applications from cereal bars and biscuits to morning goods including sliced bread, bread rolls and muffins. Unlike other flax fibres scilia™ does not produce a nutty taste.
