GLUTEN FREE BREAD

 

 

We have developed a gluten free bread recipe which allows you to make a ‘source of protein’ health claim, as well as a ‘high in fibre’ claim, using a combination of bamboo fibre, pea protein and rice protein.

 

The combination of pea and rice protein providing all essential amino acids in the final application.

Our latest vegan recipe is a Vegan Beef Wellington.

By combining our vegan pastry, vegan pâté, and vegan beef analogue applications, it has allowed us to recreate this classic recipe!

The latest addition to our fazenda range is fazenda Canto, a functional chickpea flour,

fazenda Canto is used for emulsification in sauces due to its low flavour profile, or alternatively improving softness & volume in bakery products.
